Groundbreaking Ceremony for the Construction of the new Chancery and Apartment of the Embassy of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar, New Delhi, India (16-12-2025, New Delhi)

The Groundbreaking Ceremony for the construction of a new four‑storey reinforced concrete Chancery and staff Apartment of the Embassy of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar in New Delhi was held at 10:00 hours on 16 December 2025 within the Embassy compound.

At the ceremony, monks from Delhi University in New Delhi, India performed Parrita chantings for blessings and safety. In accordance with the program, H.E. U Zaw Oo, Ambassador of Myanmar to India, delivered the opening remarks, followed by words of appreciation from Mr. Vikram Chopra, representative of the Chopra Constructions. Subsequently, H.E. U Zaw Oo, Myanmar Defence Attaché (Army, Navy, Air) Major General Zaw Moe Lwin, and Mr. Vikram Chopra jointly inaugurated the Ceremony by cutting the ceremonial ribbon. The event proceeded with the Groundbreaking for the new four‑storey reinforced concrete Chancery and staff apartments, and concluded successfully with a commemorative group photo session. The ceremony was attended by officials and staff from the Myanmar Embassy and the Office of the Military Attache, together with other invited guests, and was followed by a luncheon.

မြန်မာသံရုံး၊ နယူးဒေလီမြို့တွင် (၄)ထပ်သံကူကွန်ကရစ် သံရုံးအဆောက်အအုံသစ်နှင့် ဝန်ထမ်း အိမ်ရာတည်ဆောက်ရေး မြေသန့်မင်္ဂလာနှင့် ပန္နက်တင်မင်္ဂလာ အခမ်းအနားအား ၁၆-၁၂-၂၀၂၅ ရက်၊ အင်္ဂါနေ့၊ နံနက် (၁၀:၀၀) နာရီတွင် မြန်မာသံရုံးဝန်းအတွင်း၌ ကျင်းပပြုလုပ်ခဲ့သည်။

အခမ်းအနားတွင် အိန္ဒိယနိုင်ငံ၊ နယူးဒေလီမြို့ရှိ ဒေလီတက္ကသိုလ်မှ ဆရာတော်များက အန္တရာယ်ကင်းပရိတ်ရွတ်ဖတ်ပြီး ဆုတောင်းမေတ္တာပို့သခဲ့ပါသည်။ အခမ်းအနားအစီအစဉ်အရ အိန္ဒိယနိုင်ငံဆိုင်ရာ မြန်မာသံအမတ်ကြီး ဦးဇော်ဦးက အဖွင့်မိန့်ခွန်း ပြောကြားခဲ့ပြီး ဆောက်လုပ် ရေးကုမ္ပဏီ Chopra Constructions ၏ တာဝန်ရှိသူ Mr. Vikram Chopra မှလည်း ကျေးဇူး တင်စကားပြောကြားခဲ့ပါသည်။ ထို့နောက် မြန်မာသံအမတ်ကြီး ဦးဇော်ဦး၊ မြန်မာစစ်သံ(ကြည်း၊ ရေ၊ လေ) ဗိုလ်မှူးချုပ်ဇော်မိုးလွင်နှင့် ဆောက်လုပ်ရေးကုမ္ပဏီ Chopra Constructions ၏ တာဝန်ရှိသူ Mr. Vikram Chopra တို့က ပန္နက်တင်မင်္ဂလာအခမ်းအနားကို ဖဲကြိုးဖြတ်ဖွင့်လှစ်ခဲ့ ပါသည်။ ဆက်လက်၍ (၄)ထပ်သံကူကွန်ကရစ် သံရုံးအဆောက်အအုံသစ်နှင့် ဝန်ထမ်းအိမ်ရာ တည်ဆောက်ရေး မြေသန့်မင်္ဂလာနှင့် ပန္နက်တင်မင်္ဂလာအခမ်းအနားကို ကျင်းပပြုလုပ်ခဲ့ပြီး အမှတ်တရ စုပေါင်းဓါတ်ပုံ ရိုက်ကူးကာ အခမ်းအနားကို အောင်မြင်စွာ ပြီးမြောက်ခဲ့ပါသည်။ အဆိုပါအခမ်းအနားသို့ မြန်မာသံရုံးနှင့် မြန်မာစစ်သံရုံးတို့မှ အရာထမ်း၊ ဝန်ထမ်းများနှင့် အခြား ဖိတ်ကြားထားသည့် ဧည့်သည်တော်များ တက်ရောက်ခဲ့ကြပြီး နေ့ဆွမ်း/ နေ့လယ်စာတို့ဖြင့် တည်ခင်းကျွေးမွေးဧည်ခံခဲ့ပါသည်။
