အိန္ဒိယနိုင်ငံ၊ Andaman နှင့် Nicobar ၊ Prothrapur ရှိ Open Distress Camp တွင် ထိန်းသိမ်းခံထားရသည့် မြန်မာနိုင်ငံသား မှန်ကန်ကြောင်း စိစစ်ပြီးသူ မြန်မာရေလုပ်သား (၂၆) ဦးအား အိန္ဒိယနိုင်ငံမှ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံသို့ ပြန်လည်ပို့ဆောင်ခဲ့ခြင်း (၂၃-၇-၂၀၂၆ ရက်၊ နယူးဒေလီ) | A total of 26 Myanmar seamen, who had been detained at the Open Distress Camp in Prothrapur, Andaman and Nicobar, India, and totally verified as Myanmar nationals, were repatriated from India to Myanmar. အိန္ဒိယနိုင်ငံ၊ Andaman နှင့် Nicobar ၊ Prothrapur ရှိ Open Distress Camp တွင် ထိန်းသိမ်းခံထားရသည့် မြန်မာနိုင်ငံသားမှန်ကန်ကြောင်းစိစစ်ပြီးသူ မြန်မာရေလုပ်သား(၂၆)ဦးသည် မြန်မာ-အိန္ဒိယ နှစ်နိုင်ငံ ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်မှုအစီအစဉ်ဖြင့် ၂၀၂၆ ခုနှစ်၊ ဇူလိုင်လ ၂၃ ရက် ဒေသစံတော်ချိန် နေ့လယ် ၁၁:၅၅ နာရီတွင် အိန္ဒိယနိုင်ငံ၊ Andaman နှင့် Nicobar ရှိ ပို့ဘလဲမြို့၊ Veer Savarkar အပြည်ပြည်ဆိုင်ရာ လေဆိပ်မှ အိန္ဒိယနိုင်ငံ၊ ကော်လ်ကတ္တားမြို့ရှိ Netaji Subash Chandra Bose လေဆိပ်သို့ ထွက်ခွာခဲ့ပြီးနောက် ညနေ ၁၉:၂၀ နာရီတွင် အိန္ဒိယနိုင်ငံ၊ ကော်လ်ကတ္တားမြို့ရှိ Netaji Subash Chandra Bose လေဆိပ်မှ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံ၊ ရန်ကုန်မြို့ရှိ ရန်ကုန်အပြည်ပြည်ဆိုင်ရာလေဆိပ်သို့ မြန်မာအပြည်ပြည်ဆိုင်ရာလေကြောင်း(MAI)ဖြင့် ထွက်ခွာသွားခဲ့ပါသည်။
ထိုသို့ ပြန်လည်ပို့ဆောင်နိုင်ရေးအတွက် အိန္ဒိယနိုင်ငံ၊ နယူးဒေလီမြို့ရှိ မြန်မာသံရုံးသည် အိန္ဒိယနိုင်ငံ၊ ပြည်ပရေးရာဝန်ကြီးဌာန (Ministry of External Affairs – MEA)၊ Andaman & Nicobar Islands ရှိ နိုင်ငံခြားသားများ ဒေသဆိုင်ရာ မှတ်ပုံတင်ရေးရုံး (Foreign Regional Regulation Office-FRRO) တို့နှင့် လည်းကောင်း၊ မြန်မာကောင်စစ်ဝန်ချုပ်ရုံး၊ ကော်လ်ကတ္တားမြို့နှင့်လည်းကောင်း အနီးကပ် ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်ခဲ့ကြပြီး မြန်မာရေလုပ်သားများအား နေရပ်သို့ပြန်လည်ပို့ဆောင်နိုင်ရေးအတွက် လိုအပ်သော ခွင့်ပြုမိန့်များ တောင်းခံခြင်း၊ ရေလုပ်သား (၂၆) ဦး ခရီးသွားလာရာတွင် လိုအပ်သည့် တစ်ကြိမ်တစ်ခါသုံး မည်သူမည်ဝါဖြစ်ကြောင်း သက်သေခံလက်မှတ်များ (C of I) ထုတ်ပေးခြင်းတို့ကို ဆောင်ရွက်ပေးခဲ့ပါကြောင်း သိရှိရပါသည်။
The 26 Myanmar seamen, totally verified as Myanmar nationals, departed from Veer Savarkar International Airport, Port Blair, Andaman and Nicobar, India, at 11:55 AM local time on 23 July 2026, under the Myanmar-India bilateral cooperation programme. They arrived at Netaji Subash Chandra Bose International Airport, Kolkata, India, and subsequently departed at 19:20 PM local time from Kolkata to Yangon International Airport, Yangon, Myanmar, via Myanmar Airways International (MAI).
In facilitating this repatriation process, the Embassy of Myanmar in New Delhi closely coordinated with not only the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) of India and the Foreign Regional Registration Office (FRRO) in Andaman & Nicobar Islands but also the Office of the Consulate-General in Kolkatta. Additionally, necessary approvals were sought for the repatriation of the Myanmar seamen, and Certificates of Identity (C of I) were issued as one-time travel documents for their return journey.
